The Organization & Student Work Dep. with the tasks of advising, supplying organizational and student work information, suggesting initiatives that help the rector organize and manage the work of the inspectors and the students, namely:
- Advising and giving supports to the rector to plan the school organization; personnel plan, staffing plan, training plan, and arranging employees every year.
- Managing staffs, employees and students’ records; monitoring and managing officials, teachers and workers.
- Organizing political study phases for officials, teachers, workers and students.
- Coordinating with the The Administrative Department and the Communist Youth Union holds celebrations.
- Organizing and directing propaganda activities, news, cultural events, art, physical education, sports and other social activities.
- Coordinating with the Training Department and the professional faculties in the recruitment, assignment of teachers in professional work, managing staff, faculty, staff and students, students.
- Reviewing periodic officials, lecturers, and employees based on personnel policies of the Party and State and based on regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Directing its own officials, and workers.
- Performing other duties assigned by the rector.
