On the 15^th of November 2013, a conference on “Methodology Innovation and Some Major and Breakthrough Changes in Education” was held in the meeting hall of the city committee of the Party after a 5-month preparation in terms of its content.

It is the aim of the conference to exchange scientific ideas about education and teaching methodology innovation in different levels of education ranging from kindergartens to vocational training schools and universities. The conference raised the reality of teaching, learning and management in both the province and the whole country and also offered great solutions to the problems. The conference noticeably emphasized on the solutions of educational socialization especially in vocational training and university education, the cooperation with prestigious foreign institutions and the encouragement of competitiveness in education and training as well as the ensuring of the learners’, labor users’ and educational establishments’ rights.
