AGREEMENT ON FUNDING THE OPENING OF KOREAN LANGUAGE CLASSES FOR FREE OF CHARGE AT THE CENTER OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The 15th of July 2016 marked the signing ceremony of the funding for the opening of Korean language classes between KBEC VINA Co.Ltd and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Teacher Training College (BTC).

The first Korean classes are due to call for enrolments in July 2016 and start in August this year. The maximum number of students per class is 20. Each 60-period course is expected to last for three months, two hours per day and two days per week. The classes take place either during the day or in weekday evenings.  Learners are officials, civil servants, students, workers and all those in need in the province. Learners do not have to pay tuition.

KBEC VINA supports the expenditure on information, advertising, teacher salaries, classroom management, catering, sanitation, drinking water for the teachers, stationery and purchasing documents.

Teacher Training College is responsible for the content, programs and recruitment of teachers. Also, the school gives support to facilities, including classrooms, electrical and electronic devices for teaching and learning.

The opening of free Korean classes at the center of Foreign Languages and Information Technology of BTC is a meaningful act, which makes a good contribution to the provincial social welfare as well as the development of the provincial education of related units. At the same time, this offers an opportunity for people especially students majoring in English and Japanese to meet the school output standard in terms of the second language.

On this occasion, KBEC VINA Co. Ltd Study awarded the school Encouragement Association the amount of 100 million dong.
