September 28, 2018 witnessed the start of the new 2018-2019 school year at  Ba Ria - Vung Tau College of Education

     Attending the ceremony are Mr. Le Tuan Quoc - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Van Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the provincial departments and unions and representatives from other schools inside and outside the province. As for the institution, it welcomed the presence of  Mr. Ho Canh Hanh, Secretary of the Party Committee and School Rector, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector, Mr. Phan The Hai, Vice Rector, all staffs of the school, more than 300 K22 and K43 freshmen and 300 outstanding students of K20, K21 and K43 courses.

     On behalf of the school , Mr. Ho Canh Hanh, the Rector delivered the opening remarks and congratulated the new K22 (3-year course) and K44 (2-year course) college students on their admission to the school.

     At the ceremony, the school was honored to receive the emulation flag, and certificate of merits from the provincial People's Committee for excellent accomplishments in the 2017 – 2018 school year. One individual received the Certificate of Merits from the educational establishment and two individuals received the Certificate of Merits from the Provincial People's Committee. Also at the ceremony, the school awarded certificates of merits to 6 lecturers for their excellent achievements in teaching and scientific research and also to 61 distinctive and very good students. On this occasion, enterprises, organizations and individuals also sponsored the Scholarship fund of the School Study Promotion Association with the amount of 121 million dong.

     The opening ceremony of the new 2018 - 2019 school year took place in a formal and welcoming atmosphere, instilling a great sense of inspiration into both staff and students and hopefully bringing about a new academic year with great success.
