On 09/25/2011, Hyogo University of of Teacher Education (Japan) visits and works at Ba Ria-Vung Tau Teachers’ College about the comprehensive cooperation program between Hyogo Prefecture and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

  To the Hyogo University of of Teacher Education came Mr. Mitsuhiro Fukuda - Vice Principal and eight other members including professors and graduate students of the school. Ba ​​Ria - Vung Tau’s delegation include Mr. Nguyen Thanh Giang - Director of Education and Training Department, Mr. Ho Canh Hanh – the Rector Ba Ria - Vung Tau Teachers’ College and the other members, as well as a delegation of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Planning - Investment. The visit has left a good impression to both parties and promising long-term friendly cooperation between Hyogo Prefecture and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province generally and between Hyogo and the Teachers' Training University Ba Ria - Vung Tau Teachers’ College particularly.
