On the eighteenth of November, 2016, the delegation of Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University - Thailand led by Dr. Taweesil Koolnaphadol, Dean of Pedagogy paid a visit and had a meeting with the school. The two institutions agreed on the cooperation scheme in the coming year, 2017 with such themes as Mekong Camp, Student exchange and the possibility of BTC students furthering their study in RRU to get a university degree.

       Earlier, on the previous evening of November, 2016, the delegation took part in cultural exchange activities, with the school leaders, staff and students. The delegation also made an observation to a class, attended the 34-year Vietnamese Teachers' Day celebration, had meetings with the school teachers of various generations and visited some places of interests and historical sites in Vungtau.
